Evenings
Optional entertainment for guests who choose to extend their day — a measured alternative near casino nightlife, never required, always separate.
18+ only. The evening lounge is restricted to guests aged 18 and over with valid photo identification. Participation in gaming activities is entirely optional and never a condition of staying at Northglass.
The Lower Lounge
Northglass maintains a discreet entertainment lounge on a dedicated lower level — a compact gateway near casino-style play without the scale of a major floor — accessed through a separate entrance from the main lobby. This space operates independently from suites, dining, and wellness — with its own ventilation, security, and operating hours.
Live music
Acoustic and jazz performances on Thursday through Saturday evenings. Seating is arranged to maintain sight lines and conversation without amplification beyond comfortable levels.
Quiet bar
A separate bar area within the lounge for guests who prefer to socialise without engaging in gaming. Non-alcoholic options and light fare are available throughout operating hours.
Physical separation
The Lower Lounge cannot be reached from guest floors, The Glass Table dining room, or the Still Floor wellness wing without passing through the main lobby and a dedicated checkpoint. Signage throughout the property makes this separation clear. Guests who prefer not to enter the lounge area can complete their entire stay without encountering gaming activity.
Operating hours
- Table games: 18:00 to 02:00, daily
- Live music: 20:00 to 23:30, Thursday through Saturday
- Quiet bar: 18:00 to 01:00, daily
Hours may be adjusted for holidays or private events. Changes are posted at the lounge entrance and communicated to registered guests.
Responsible play standards
Northglass adheres to strict responsible-play policies including:
- Mandatory ID verification at entry — no exceptions
- Self-imposed deposit and time limits available at the guest services desk
- Voluntary self-exclusion programmes with property-wide enforcement
- Staff trained to recognise signs of distress and offer support resources
- No ATMs within the gaming area; cash advances available only at the main desk with daily limits
