Thermal circuit
A sequence of dry sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and heated stone loungers. Designed for contrast therapy with recommended dwell times posted at each station. Open 07:00 to 21:00 for registered guests.
Recovery, movement, and quiet — in a wing designed to feel miles from the lobby.
Northglass wellness occupies the second floor — physically separated from dining and entertainment areas by a dedicated elevator bank and sound-buffered corridors. The Still Floor combines thermal bathing traditions with contemporary movement science in a space where natural light and muted materials set the tone.

Daily group sessions in yoga, mobility, and breathwork, plus private coaching by appointment. Floor-to-ceiling windows face the courtyard for morning light during early sessions.
Massage, facial, and body treatments using plant-based products. Each room is individually climate-controlled with adjustable lighting and sound masking for complete privacy.
Wellness facilities are available to registered guests and day-pass holders by appointment. We maintain a maximum occupancy in the thermal circuit to preserve the experience — during peak hours, sessions may be limited to 90 minutes with a brief turnover period.
Quiet conversation is welcome in communal areas. Mobile devices should be silenced, and photography is not permitted in treatment rooms or changing areas.
Schedules are published at the wellness reception and may shift seasonally. Private sessions can be arranged outside published times subject to therapist availability.
The Still Floor has no connection to Northglass evening entertainment spaces. Guests seeking a restorative stay can use wellness facilities without entering or passing through any gaming areas.
